It is an application through which a citizen can apply online for the issuance of a certificate (e.g. family status, TAP, etc.) and receive the certificate digitally from his/her home, after it is produced internally in the municipality’s services.
Specifically, in the context of this application, the municipality has the possibility to dynamically create the category of certificate it is interested in within the system, to define the documents required for its issuance and to provide instructions to the citizens concerned. Citizens identified in the taxis system , have the possibility to enter and apply for the issuance of this certificate by posting electronically all the supporting documents required. The application is received by the competent municipal official and will be processed.
The issuance and receipt of the certificate can be carried out in the following ways:
– Posting of a copy with a round stamp and signature, which can be printed and used in any public service, pursuant to Law 4250/2014 (Government Gazette 74A/24.3.2014).
– Posting a digitally signed document for electronic use to any public or private entity, pursuant to Law 4440/2016 (Government Gazette 224A/2.12.2016).
– Hard copy of the original and collection from the central office or from one of the municipal KEPs.
– Printed version of the original and sent by post to the citizen’s address
A special unique number is printed on the generated document, with the use of which any recipient of this certificate can check its validity through a web service freely available on the official web portal of the municipality.
